Dongguan DengFox Precision Mould Co., Ltd. is located in China mold town- Changan town, Dongguan city, factory area of 3500 square meters, has about 120 employees. It is a comprehensive supplier integrating tools design, complete molds and dies manufacture and spare parts process. Such as: Germany OPS SPEED HAWK 550 high-speed milling machine (speed 42000/min), Japan MAKINO V22 high speed milling machine (speed, 40000 /min), Switzerland GF MIKRON HSM500 (speed 42000/min); and high accurate measuring equipment, like Germany Zeiss 3D measuring instrument, etc. Every year we have a regular special fund for technological innovation investment, introducing advanced equipment and personnel training. In 2016, the Germany OPS CNC Sink EDM machine was introduced and applied to processing new material "graphite" as the electrode raw material,which has greatly improved the discharge efficiency and accuracy of parts and limited the usage of electrodes at the same time. In 2018, the company introduced German Zeiss Contura3D measuring instrument for electrodes self-inspecting unit, sink EDM machines and CNC machines semi-automatic production line, to improve the utilization rate and expand production capacity.
